Pinchbeck Miniatures are an independent retailer and, as such, most of our pieces are either handmade or hand finished by ourselves. The majority of items are made on request and therefore we do not carry vast amounts of stock. It is for this reason that we ask customers, who wish to buy our products online, to initially contact us by email with their order. Once your order details are finalised we will send you a Paypal invoice via email. You will be able to pay for your goods with a debit or credit card and you don't need a Paypal account to use this secure service. If you prefer, we can also accept payment by personal cheque. Let us know if you would like to pay using this method when you place your order.
Once payment is made, or your cheque is cleared, your goods will be dispatched by first class, recorded delivery. All postage and packing rates will be kept to a minimum and charged at cost. All items are sold with a money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with any item you receive you can send it back, un-damaged, for a full refund excluding the postal charges.
We strongly believe that using this ordering method allows us to concentrate on creating the pieces that our customers really want and you will not be charged for your purchases until they are ready to be dispatched.
Unfortunately, some of the larger items we make are not available by mail order as the weight and fragility of them makes them unsuitable to send through the postal system. However, these larger items can be ordered online and collected at an agreed fair.
We are also pleased to be able to offer a complimentary gift service. If you would like your item to be dispatched to a different address, include a personal message and gift wrapped free of charge, just let us know when you place your order.
